Young Money Compilation "Rise Of An Empire" Sales Projections

Find out how many copies it looks like the Young Money crew will be pushing off shelves, with "Young Money: Rise Of An Empire." Young Money's new album, Young Money: Rise Of An Empire officially dropped today, without very much buzz or noise. Perhaps the somewhat flat tracklist, with a lack of big names attached to it, is to blame for this. Nonetheless, the album is on shelves and thus we have some sales projections for you to take in. The album, which has plenty of features from Lil Twist and Gudda Gudda, but only one Drake appearance, is projected to move 30,000-40,000 copies opening week-- obviously things could be a lot worse. Young Money's first compilation, We Are Young Money, which dropped back in 2009, had a much stronger opening week, moving 142,000 copies and debuting at #9. Who's picked up a copy of Rise Of An Empire? Does it meet your expectations, or fall short of them? Let us know. Stay tuned for our review of the album later this week. Check back for the actual numbers mid-next week, and to find out where it debuted on the Billboard 200.
