Lil Reese Accuses 2 Chainz Of Stealing Hook For "Wuda Shuda Cuda"

Lil Reese calls out 2 Chainz on Twitter for "Wuda Cuda Shuda" hook, which he believes is stolen from his verses on Lil Herb's "On My Soul." The phrase "Shoulda Coulda Woulda" has been around for quite some time, with variations on it popping up everywhere from a song title on Chief Keef's 2013 tape Almighty So to a title of an episode of "Sex In The City." Most recently, 2 Chainz borrowed a variant of the phrase ("Wuda Cuda Shuda") for the name of a track on his recently-released Freebase EP. Despite how commonly used the phrase is, Tity Boi's track did not sit will with Lil Reese, who took to Twitter last night to air some beef with him. 300Agency ✔ @LilReese300 Follow 2 chains old ass weak Af for dat hook tell him I said it yea he kno wat I'm Tom bout.....#300 12:03 AM - 10 May 2014 Apparently, Reese thinks that 2 Chainz stole the hook for "Wuda Cuda Shuda" from Reese's pair of verses on Lil Herb's "On My Soul," which both begin with the line, "You's a woulda, shoulda, coulda nigga/Okay your clique's a bunch of woulda, shoulda, coulda niggas." Compare that with 2 Chainz's hook, which goes, "You a woulda coulda shoulda ass nigga/Old woulda coulda shoulda ass nigga." 2 Chainz has yet to respond to Reese's claims. Do you think Reese has a point, or is he grasping at straws here?
