Chance The Rapper & Kanye West Hit The Studio

Kanye West and Chance The Rapper meet once more, this time in the studio. Chance The Rapper first met Kanye West at Jay Z's Made In America festival last September, and wasn't shy in letting the world know that he finally got to meet one of his idols, calling himself Ye's "#1 fan." Now the #1 fan and Yeezy have met up once more, this time in the studio, which only means one thing (fire emoji). Chance posted a blurry picture of him and Kanye on his Instagram this afternoon, with the caption, "When I dream of Heaven I don't see sharp edges." FakeShoreDrive also found a much crisper photo of the two Chicago MCs, which you can peep in the gallery above. Could they be working on a little something for Kanye's So Help Me God? We'll keep you posted when/if details on their session arrive.

Lil Wayne Reportedly Argued With Audience Members Before Bus Shooting

Shots fired at Lil Wayne's bus last weekend could be tied to an argument the rapper reportedly had with some show attendees inside the venue. Luckily, no one was hurt in a shooting outside of Lil Wayne's show at an Atlanta nightclub this weekend, but while we know that the rapper's two tour buses were targeted, the motive for the attack is still unclear. New information obtained by TMZ may provide a bit of context, but in no way confirms why shots were fired on Saturday night. According to their sources, Wayne got into a pretty heated dispute with some audience members during his performance. The culprits were apparently escorted out of the venue following their heckles, but Weezy was reportedly suited with extra security just in case. As far as we know, the two incidents can't be linked, but it could mean a further step in the investigation. On a related note, Young Thug, who performed in Lil Wayne's home state of Louisiana over the weekend, also found himself faced with some hecklers at his show.

Waka Flocka Asks To Buy Out Of Atlantic Contract

Waka Flocka calls out Atlantic for allegedly holding his new album captive. Waka Flocka has been keeping his name afloat in our daily news feed, thanks to his announcement as a 2016 presidential candidate as well as news about his upcoming album Flockaveli 2 and how he doesn't "deserve" a Kanye West feature. He recently revealed that his tweet which said he had tapped Drake, Jay Z, Kanye West, Lil Wayne (basically every rapper an upcoming artist would dream to collab with) was simply a marketing ploy to get word about Flockaveli 2 out. Could his latest tweets be another such tactic? Today Flocka took to twitter to say that his label, Atlantic Records, is "holding Flockaveli 2 BACK...!!!" He added, in all caps, "LET ME BUYOUT MY CONTRACT ASAP," and after attempted to create a new trending hashtag with "#LETWAKAGO." See the tweets below Waka Flocka Flame ✔ @WakaFlockabsm Sad that my label holding #Flockaveli2 BACK...!!!!! Is Amber Rose Dating Machine Gun Kelly?

MGK and Amber Rose were getting pretty close at the airport earlier today. Last we heard, Amber Rose seemed like she was leaning toward working things out with Wiz Khalifa, but some new photos of Rose getting pretty close with Machine Gun Kelly have Twitter going up. We can't confirm whether or not the two are actually an item, but the pics being passed around seem to indicate something's going down. TMZ's sources say that MGK was being pretty liberal with the public booty-grabbing at LAX today, and another shot shows the two out for a stroll while very much holding hands. Check out the photos above for yourself, guess stoner minds think alike.

"6 God" Producer Syk Sense Says Drake Had The Beat Before Jace

Syk Sense, one of the producer's of Drake's "6 God," clears up Jace Of Two 9's implication that Drake stole the beat from him. Earlier today, we reported on some tweets from Two-9 rapper Jace, in which he implied that Drake's "6 God" and "No Tellin" beats were originally his. While he supplied the audio to back it up, the co-producer of "6 God" has now weighed in, revealing that Drake was the original owner of the beats, and that he never heard Jace's take. “I don’t know why Jace put it on Twitter like that, because I was in the studio the night he did it and we had a conversation. I said, ‘Don’t put it out there that Drake stole it, because he didn't,” Syk told AllHipHop. “Drake had that beat first.” According to Syk, Jace never even finished his version of the song, recording only one verse. “I told him he should release the record once he finishes it, because it’s pretty cool," said the producer. "But don’t make it seem like Drake stole that from you.” So far, we haven't heard anything about the origins of "No Tellin," but it'll be harder for Jace to convince people the beat was stolen from him if Syk's story is true.

Young Thug Is Engaged

Young Thug confirms he's engaged. In the midst of dropping his mixtape-album Barter 6, Young Thug had another big life event, an engagement. The Atlanta rapper hinted at it through various Instagram posts, including one which showed off a pair of rings and the caption "WILL U" as well as another of him kissing his girl with the caption "4LIFE!!!" During a red carpet walk through at the listening session for Barter 6, Thugger confirmed his engagement will talking with AllHipHop. Although he was not very talkative, he did confirm a "yes" when asked if he was engaged. He also spoke briefly on the distance between himself and Rich Homie Quan as well as the title of Barter 6. Watch the short clip below. "He had to focus on his career," Thug said of RHQ situation. "That’s something that he had to do. He didn’t have to do it, but he did it. I understand why he did it."

Nas Says New Album Coming This Summer

Nas says during a live show that he's dropping a new album this summer. After giving us a teaser with the old school-flavored "Season," produced by the legendary J. Dilla back in October, Nas has kept pretty quiet. While the song hinted that he was working on new music/a new album, Nas hasn't spoken directly to that. Instead, he's been busy working with his Mass Appeal signees like Fashawn and Boldy James, as well as an appearance on Madonna's new album and a new De La Soul record. Although we've yet to see the fruits of his labor, Nas is indeed working on a new album. The rapper announced it to fans during a show in Orlando this past weekend, and someone in the crowd managed to catch it on Instagram. In the fan-made video, Nas says, "Right muthafuckin’ now, death to all snitches. Watch every nigga around you my niggas ‘cuz shit is real out here. 2015, new album this summer." Watch the video below, and we'll keep you posted.

Did Drake Steal "IYRTITL" Beats From Jace Of Two-9?

Jace of Two-9 had recorded over "6 God" and "No Tellin" last summer. Jace, signed to Mike Will's Ear Drummers, would first like to say: "i'm just sayin." Last Thursday (April 23), the member of both Two-9 and Retro Su$h! tweeted out two videos of old recordings that sound very familiar. He first takes us into his Macbook and shows us a song called "Mortal Kombat" that dates back to last July. He then presses play and we hear the "6 God" beat from Drake's If You're Reading This Its Too Late. We only hear about 15 seconds of Jace's version, though he soon made his message clear, tweeting: "real 6ix god boy." Then, "more shots." Jace shows us another song, this time called "Ain't No Tellin," that he made two years ago. As expected, it's the same beat from Drake's "No Tellin." His final words on the matter: "im not salty. like i said... im just saying." On IYRTITL, the "6 God" beat is attributed to Boi-1da and SykSense, the latter of whom is a member of The Fam with fellow Nashville producer Ducko Mcfli, a close collaborator of Jace and Two-9. Syk and Boi-1da also produced Two-9's "Check At," put out by the LA Leakers in January. "No Tellin" is attributed to Boi-1da and Toronto producer Frank Dukes, so no telling how that ended up in Jace's hands. This is not the first time Drizzy's been accused of stealing beats. Is there foul play here? See all of Jace's tweets below. JACE. ✔ @retroJACE real 6ix god boy. Killer Mike Had Dinner At The White House & He Documented It All On Social Media

Killer Mike takes us through his experience at the White House Correspondents Dinner. Killer Mike was lucky enough to attend the very exclusive White House Correspondents Dinner last night, getting invite through The Huffington Post. There's probably no rapper who deserves a trip to the government building more than the Southern half of Run The Jewels, and he made the most of the opportunity by documenting the whole night on Twitter and Instagram. From suiting up for the occasion, to wishing he had smoked a little more weed (in a Gucci Mane voice), Mike made what was probably a pretty mundane event a lot of fun, at least for us viewing from home. While he unfortunately get into any heated debates over dinner, he capped things off with a Run The Jewels-pose selfie with Ariana Huffington, which makes our Saturday night look pretty unimportant. On top of that, the rapper announced he'll have some upcoming writing on Huffington Post, so stay tuned for some Killer Mike thinkpieces coming your way. Jay Z Defends TIDAL In "Stream Of Consciousness" Twitter Address

Jay Z shares some #TIDALFacts on Twitter. Jay Z's newest acquisition, the streaming platform known as TIDAL, has received a fair amount of backlash recently. The massive celebrity endorsement, and use of "exclusive content" to drive users toward the service has turned many off, with some even going on to call the venture a failure in under a month of it being available. Hov has decided to silence the naysayers, taking to twitter today to give a "stream of consciousness" address of #TIDALFacts, in which he claims that the service is doing "just fine," and argues that both iTunes and Spotify took far longer than a month to take off. Young Thug Heckled & Booed At Show In Louisiana

Young Thug had a rough time performing in Lil Wayne's home state. Lil Wayne and Young Thug had didn't do too well performing on each other's home turf last night. While Wayne's bus was hit with gunfire in Atlanta, Thugger was consistently heckled throughout a performance in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Nothing about the Wayne incident indicates it had anything to do with the minor rivalry between the two rappers, but Thug's hecklers were definitely motivated by Wayne's frustration. New footage shows audience members yelling "Weezy," "Holly Grove," and various insults at the rapper, though the fact that the clip is actually captured by a heckler may make it seem more extreme than it was. Apparently, Thug remained based about the situation, and responded to the negativity with "I still love you." Watch the clip below.

Tyga Got A Kylie Jenner Tattoo

Tyga tatted Kylie Jenner's name on him so you know it's real. Tyga has done as much to confirm his relationship with Kylie Jenner as he has to deny it. When asked straight up if the two are dating, he'll generally dodge the question and maintain that the two are "just friends". However, loving Instagram posts have made that claim hard to believe, and his new tattoo is his biggest proclamation yet. Spotted yesterday with a large "Kylie" tatt on his arm, it's pretty clear that he's letting Jenner -- in the words of Rick Ross -- know it's real. At least that's what sources close to TMZ have reported, who claim that Tyga got the ink yesterday to prove his commitment to Kylie. This could all be tied to Blac Chyna in the end, who revealed some texts from Tyga (the father of her child), which could be read as an attempt to rekindle things.

Lil Wayne's Tour Bus Shot At In Atlanta

After performing in Atlanta, shots were reportedly fired at Lil Wayne's tour bus. Following Lil Wayne's performance at Compound nightclub in Atlanta Saturday night, shots were fired towards two of his tour buses. TMZ reports that the shooting occurred around 3:30 AM, as the buses left the venue. Sources have confirmed that Lil Twist and Hood were aboard at least one of the buses, but it's still unclear whether or not Weezy was travelling with them. It appears only one of the buses was hit with gunfire. As far as we know, no one was hurt in the attack. Police reports indicate that the buses made their way to a hotel following the incident, at which point, someone in the crew called 911. The investigation is currently underway. We'll keep you updated as information arises.

Scope the IG gallery below. Never before has Instagram been the scene of such utter joy. Gangsta Gibbs seems absolutely thrilled. He's a hell of a rapper and it looks like he's going to be a hell of a father as well. [Via Complex]

Chris Brown Settles Lawsuit Over Basketball Fight

Chris Brown pays little money to alleged victim of last year's basketball brawl. Chris Brown can now move on from the "brawl" lawsuit that went down last year at a basketball pick-up game. Chris and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, managed to settle with the alleged victim, for a rather small amount according to TMZ. Malcolm Ausbon filed the lawsuit, claiming Chris and 3 members of his entourage gave him a beat down in the middle of a hoops game they were playing at a 24-Hour Fitness last year in L.A. Malcolm then went on to threaten that if Chris didn’t cough up $250k, he would then be talking with the cops. In the end, TMZ reports that Ausbon did get paid, but way, way less than his asking price. Sources connected to Chris describe it as a "nuisance payment", that was no more than 4 figures. No exact figure was revealed however. This comes a month after Chris’ Rihanna assault case was closed and his probation ended as well. Look like some of Chris' legal woes are finally coming to an end.

Tyler, The Creator Says "Smuckers" Beat Was Intended For Kanye West & Jay Z

Tyler, The Creator explains the recording process for "Smuckers". Tyler, The Creator's new album, Cherry Bomb, is a bit of a divisive LP, but the one record that people seem to be agreeing on is the Kanye West and Lil Wayne collaboration, "Smuckers". Not only are the performances top notch, the instrumental is also quite an achievement, which makes sense, as it was apparently intended to be given to Jay Z and Kanye. “They were going to use it, but I kind of took it back," Tyler told Billboard. "I was trying to make horn sections and drum kicks that sound epic. The second half is this jazz ensemble. I'm like, 'Oh my God, this is fucking amazing. Lil Wayne would sound so good over this.' I sent Wayne a reference of what I was going to put, and he sent me the verse back. I legit was about to cry.” According to Tyler, Ye was inspired to go harder once he heard the other verses on the record. “I played it for 'Ye at his house literally four days before the album was due, said Tyler. "He was like, 'OK, I got to step my bars up. Y'all niggas is spitting.' It was such a sick thing to know that me and Wayne had to put 'Ye back on his feet." You can read the full interview here.

Ciara Is Russell Wilson's Date To The White House Correspondents' Dinner

Looks like Ciara's found a new all-star. Super Bowl-winning Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson was recently spotted at a Seattle Mariners game, and we got a grainy shot off an attractive woman seated next to him. Soon after, the Internet began rumoring that the woman might be "I Bet" singer Ciara, and it turns out they were right. Wilson was one of the few lucky athletes chosen to attend this year's White House Correspondents' Dinner, the guest list of which was just released via The Washington Post. Wilson's on the list, and, indeed, Ciara has RSVP'd as his date. No one has yet confirmed an official relationship, though it looks like Ciara is keeping good on her promise made in "I Bet": "I bet you start loving me, soon as I start loving somebody else, somebody better than you." "The general consensus, is that streaming is the future." Later in the video, he discussed Jay Z and Beyonce's forthcoming album. "I first reported last year that Jay Z and Beyonce were working on a joint album, which by the way is finally nearing completion, and my sources are saying it will be released exclusively on Tidal," DJ Skee says. Ghostface Killah & Sony Music Win Lawsuit Over "Iron Man Theme" Song

A New York judge ruled that Marvel owns the work and the plaintiff has no standing to claim an illegal sample. Ghostface Killah has been involved in a lawsuit concerning his sampling of the "Iron Man Theme" song on his 2000 album, Supreme Clientele, for nearly four years. Last year, a judge ruled in favor of the creator of the theme song, Jack Urbont, due to a default judgement. On Monday (April 20), a New York federal judge granted summary judgment to Ghostface, Sony Music and Razor Sharp Records. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the ruling was handed down by U.S. District Court judge Naomi Reice Buchwald, who reportedly determined that since Marvel's Stan Lee hired Urbont to create the theme song for the 1960s television show, The Marvel Super Heroes, Urbont's tune was deemed a "work made for hire." Buchwald's decision means Marvel owns the work and Urbont has no standing to claim an illegal sample. [Via HHDX]

Vic Mensa Speaks On Signing With Roc Nation; Reveals Title Of Next Project

Vic is currently working on his upcoming album, "Traffic." Mere hours after it was announced that Vic Mensa joined Roc Nation, the Chicago rapper stopped by Los Angeles radio station Power 106, where he explained to the LA Leakers how it all happened. "It feels amazing,” Vic says to DJ Justin Credible. “I've been the hugest Jay Z fan for my whole life. Even past just being a fan, I have a lot of faith in how they do things at Roc Nation. "Being with people that are innovators like that," he continues. "That's what's biggest to me is keeping this fresh and interesting.” During J. Cole’s “What Dreams May Come” tour, Vic says that Roc Nation’s music executive Lenny Santiago approached him about signing to the label. His first encounter with Jay fell on the day of the 2014 Met Gala. “It's funny because the first time I ever met Jay, it was really brief,” Vic says. “It was the day of the Met Gala and that's why he had to leave our meeting real quick and that was the day he was in the elevator with Solange. That was the first time I met Jay. It's just enlightening to speak to him about this game and to just like pick up that game. Jay is one of the smartest people that I’ve met in general, especially in music. To be able to sit down and just press play for Hov, that’s a blessing.” During the interview, Vic shows off his two new tattoos. He recently had “Southside” inked below his throat and the Roc-a-Fella logo stamped on the side of his neck. Vic’s single “U Mad” featuring Kanye West is set to be included on his upcoming album. He tells Justin Credible that crafting “U Mad” with Kanye happened by chance. "I was mad at my girlfriend, so I was like, ‘You mad, huh?’” Vic recalls. “I was just kinda like going off and I played it for Kanye out in LA and he was like, ‘Yo, you should make that its own song. It kinda sounds like smizash.' So, I was like, ‘Okay, let’s run with it.’ I love the song and I appreciate all the support people are giving it. We’re just trying to take the shit all the way.” Vic is currently working on his new album, Traffic, which he says will include “a lot of personal moments, vulnerable moments, and a lot more introspective shit.”

TIDAL Just Sacked Its CEO

TIDAL just sacked its CEO along with 25 employees. TIDAL hasn't exactly gotten off to a blazing start. It took another image hit Friday when Swedish news site Breakit broke the news that Andy Chen, CEO of TIDAL's parent company Aspiro, was forced out along with 25 other employees. Aspiro, which Jay-Z acquired last month for a cool $56 million, released the following statement: “TIDAL’s new interum [sic] CEO is Peter Tonstad – a former CEO of parent company Aspiro Group. He has a better understanding of the industry and a clear vision for how the company is looking to change the status quo. He's streamlining resources to ensure talent is maximized to enhance the customer experience. We've eliminated a handful of positions and refocused our company-wide talent to address departments that need support and cut redundancies. TIDAL’s offices globally will remain and grow: we are already hiring for several new positions now. We're excited about our future and what's in-store for fans who want the best listening experience.” Tonstad released the following personal statement to Breakit: “I believe in TIDAL and what the team is doing to affect the change the music industry needs. We’re streamlining the company and refocusing our resources to ensure the platform continues to grow, and listeners can make a connection to their favorite artists. No one else is doing this." Jeremih Sued Over "Don't Tell 'Em" Artwork

Yet another bump along the road to "Late Nights: The Album". Jeremih's upcoming Late Nights: The Album, originally slated for release in early 2013, just can't make it off the shelf. The Chicago singer has blamed label problems as well as personal issues for the brutal delay of his third studio album, and, now, there's more drama on his doorstep--involving the artwork to the album's lead single, "Don't Tell 'Em". "Don't Tell 'Em", produced by DJ Mustard and featuring a red-hot YG, came out last summer, hit #6 on the charts, and was a staple in the club for the remainder of the year. The woman who appears on the single's black-and-white cover--shushing us with her index finger to her lip, though, says Jeremih used her picture without permission. According to The Jasmine Brand, the model, Louise Ram, and her photographer, Alexander Flemming, have now filed a federal lawsuit against Def Jam and Universal Music Group, claiming Jeremih stole their copyrighted picture. What's more, apparently Jeremih removed the original watermark on the image when he used it as his own on "Don't Tell 'Em". Sadly, this means the Late Nights wait continues.

2 Chainz Sued $1.5 Million For Alleged Contract Breach

An Atlanta-based entertainment company is suing 2 Chainz for allegedly braching a contract he had with them. Somebody's been getting salty while watching episodes of 2 Chainz's "World's Most Expensivest Shit." The rapper's just been accused of breaching a contract with an Atlanta entertainment company, Rockmo Entertainment, and is being sued to the tune of $1.5 million. According to the lawsuit, obtained by HipHopWired, the company paid Chainz $60,000 for a show in ATL in 2013, with the stipulation that he couldn't play or market any shows in Atlanta for two weeks before and after the scheduled event. The lawsuit alleges that the rapper not only breached the contract, but performed another show at a different venue on the same night. Quoth lawyer Jerry R. Caldwell: “Mr. Epps and his team blatantly violated a very basic obligation of my client’s agreement. Rockmo Entertainment fulfilled all of its contractual obligations including, but not limited to, paying 2 Chainz $60,000. As a result of all of the Defendants’ bad faith and willful disregard for 2 Chainz’s contractual obligations with Rockmo Entertainment, my client has suffered extreme financial damages and irreparable harm to its professional representation. At the end of the day, everyone made money at the expense of my client.” Stay tuned for updates.

Drake Has Recorded A Collaboration With Beyonce For "Views From The Six"

Drake has two songs recorded for "Views From The Six". While Drake's fourth studio album, Views From The Six, is expected later this year, we still don't know anything about it outside of the title. Thanks to a Coachella report from everyone's favorite tweeter; Ernest Baker, a few questions about the project have now been answered. The in-depth article, which features candid quotes from Drake himself, suggests the OVO rapper's new album will be a similar departure to that of Kanye's divisive (at the time) 808s & Heartbreak. Drake reveals that he's only recorded two songs for the LP that he's happy with, one of them being a record with Beyonce, and one that may or may not inform what the rest of the album will sound like. You can read the full piece over at Four Pins. Drake will be performing at Coachella weekend 2 this Sunday, and by the sounds of it, he'll have a substantial special guest for the event.

Chris Brown Shares Photos Of His Daughter Royalty

Matching outfits for Breezy and his baby daughter Royalty. Out of nowhere last month, news surfaced that Chris Brown was the father of a 9-month year old baby girl. While that unfortunately ended his relationship with longtime girlfriend Karreuche Tran, it did however start a new chapter in his life in becoming a first time father, which he looks to be fully embracing. Taking to his Instagram Thursday evening, Chris decided to show off his adorable, 10-month old baby girl, Royalty, for the very first time ever. Rockin’ matching outfits, Breezy wrote the caption “God has blessed me with my twin. #ROYALTY." Check out the cuteness that is Breezy and Royalty below.

Meek Mill Disses Mayweather's Girlfriend Over Similar Ring

Meek Mill responded to Floyd Mayweather's girlfriend, Bad Medina, after she shared a photo of a ring quite similar to Nicki's. Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj's rumored engagement was the hot topic yesterday, but it seems it wasn't all positivity that came out of the announcement. Shortly after Nicki unveiled her heart-shaped diamond ring, Floyd Mayweather's girlfriend who goes by Bad Medina, shared a photo of herself with a similar ring, captioning the pic, "like no other". Meek Mill soon got word of the post, and read it as shade, replying directly by criticizing Medina for not having her own money, adding "b lucky Mayweather excepted [sic] Ya bum ass!". Take a look at the posts below. We're still waiting on a concrete confirmation that Meek and Nicki are in fact engaged. What do you think?

Wiz Khalifa's "See You Again" Breaks Two Spotify Records

Wiz Khalifa's number one single "See You Again" broke two streaming records this week. We're seeing a lot of Spotify records being broken these days, which says more about the prevalence of streaming than anything, but while Drake and Kendrick's recent triumphs could be seen from a mile away, Wiz Khalifa's new records are rather surprising. "See You Again," which makes the jump to number one on Billboard's Hot 100 this week (unseating the unfuckwithable "Uptown Funk"), made its way there largely through streaming, setting the record for most streams in day (4.2 million) and most streams in a week (21.9 million from April 6th and April 12th). The video for the song, which honors the late Paul Walker also has upwards of 50 million views, which would also have counted toward the record's chart placement. We'll have to see how long it can hold on to the top spot. This is the song that caused Amber Rose to restructure the custody agreement for their son after all, so we know it's capable of big things.

Nicki Minaj Calls Fabolous One Of the Best Punchline Rappers of the Last Decade

Nicki Minaj praises Fabolous' "next-level" punchlines on Twitter. Nicki Minaj's recent social media antics have sparked rumors of her engagement to current boyfriend Meek Mill, but before she sent the internet into a craze, the Young Money rapper was contemplating the best punchlines in hip-hop. More specifically, she was giving props to Fabolous, who she feels hasn't been given the respect he deserves for his lyrics. “Fab has probably had the most consistent, next level, punch lines of the last 10 yrs in Rap. Wayne, obviously, but Fab goes unnoticed a lot…," she tweeted, before elevating Loso's status to some of the greatest of all time. "When it comes to punch lines, Fab is right up there with Big, Jay, Wayne and NICKI.” Later on, Meek Mill chimed in, suggesting that he had put Nicki on to the rapper's knack for wordplay. Anyone who's listened to Fab's There Is No Competition mixtape series knows he definitely has some rewind-worthy bars, but would you put him among the best of the best? Let us know in the comments. Fab has probably had the most consistent, next level, punch lines of the last 10 yrs in Rap. Wayne, obviously, but Fab goes unnoticed a lot. — NICKI MINAJ (@NICKIMINAJ) April 13, 2015

Young Thug Has Another Message For Lil Wayne

Young Thug has sent out another Instagram address, likely directed at Lil Wayne. While Lil Wayne had remained silent on Young Thug's decision to title his album Carter Six for some time, he lashed out at Thug at a performance last week, criticizing the rapper for posing nude on his album cover. Thugger retaliated with kind words for Wayne, but his more recent Instagram addresses have been a little less diplomatic, including one posted earlier today. “If you’re going to be a founder or a leader and respect when people look up to you be that,” said the rapper, without mentioning any names. “If you’re going to criticize, be that. But don’t mix your feelings nigga, that shit weak.” Due to threats of legal action (assumed to be from Wayne's camp), Young Thug's album has been re-titled Barter Six. Watch the video below.

Ciara Opens Up About Breakup With Future

Ciara stopped by the Breakfast Club to talk about her new album, and last year's breakup with Future. Ciara's next album drops at the beginning of May, and while she's out promoting Jackie, the media is still thirsty to get the scoop on what happened between her and Future. The two dated for almost a year and a half and had a child, Future Jr., together. Since calling things off, Future has slipped into a codeine-induced depression (while still releasing the hottest mixtapes around), and Ciara has remained relatively quiet. Today, the 29-year-old singer stopped by the Breakfast Club to clear things up. Though she doesn't detail their undoing, she's, ultimately, happy with how things worked out: "I don’t even think it really matters to tell you the truth, especially when the ending is as great as it is with my son. That’s what worked out—my son.” She has no regrets on dating the ATL trap romantic: "I'm human and I went with love in that situation... At the end of the day, I roll with love and my son’s father I really believe had the greatest intentions to love me and a beautiful thing came from that." Ciara also spoke on past "beefs" with Rihanna and Jermaine Dupri (who accused her of plagiarizing on "I Bet"). She's cool with both and doesn't have time to "sweat stuff". Looks like Cici's got the right mindset going forward, and we look forward to hearing what she's got for us on Jackie. Watch the full interview below.

Trey Songz Drops "Intermission" EP

Listen to Trey Songz' surprise EP in its entirety. Trey Songz gave us some of his very best work with last year's Trigga, but he's continued to release new material since its release, including "Slow Motion" which managed to climb up the Hot 100 very recently. Rather than continue to release loose tracks, Trey has decided to drop a surprise EP today. It's called Intermission, making it's intention as a hold-over between albums clear. With that being said, it's anything but thrown together, continuing with the suit-and-tie swagger of Trigga across its six tracks. Listen to the full project below, and let us know what you think in the comments. You can watch the video for "Slow Motion" here.

Drake Thanks Madonna For Coachella Kiss

"Don't misinterpret my shock." Apparently Drake's kiss with the Queen of Pop wasn't so bad. After Drake performed "Madonna", off If You're Reading This It's Too Late, during his headlining set at Coachella Sunday night, he was joined on stage by the Queen of Pop herself. And that wasn't nearly as big a surprise as what happened next. After Madonna performed a few hits of her own, she walked up behind a seated Drake and landed him with a kiss he'll never forget. After their impromptu make-out sesh, Drake looked blown away--some said disgusted--but Drizzy pleads: "Don't misinterpret my shock". Drake posted a photo of the kiss on Instagram last night, and said despite his ensuing facial expression, he enjoyed locking lips with the 56-year-old pop sensation: "I got to make out with the queen Madonna and I feel 100 about that forever." On her part, Madonna posted the same photo, simply writing: "No caption necessary." Watch a replay of the kiss below, and tell us--is Drake bluffing here? Don't misinterpret my shock!! I got to make out with the queen Madonna and I feel 💯 about that forever. Thank you @madonna
